Yes, we accept most major insurance providers. If you don’t see yours listed or are unsure, please call us to confirm coverage.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Do you see patients in person?
Yes, we see patients in person at our office located at 203 Broad Street, Suite C3, Milford, CT 06460. Visits are by appointment only.
What is needed for my telehealth appointment?
You’ll need a phone or computer with video and audio capabilities. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a link to join your appointment. No downloads are required.
