What is your cancellation policy?

Yes, we see patients in person at our office located at 203 Broad Street, Suite C3, Milford, CT 06460. Visits are by appointment only.

You’ll need a phone or computer with video and audio capabilities. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a link to join your appointment. No downloads are required.
