Do you take health insurance?

We do not accept health insurance plans. We are a self-pay clinic. Payment is due at the time of services rendered per our cancellation/appointment policy. You may go through your insurance for lab work if desired although we cannot guarantee coverage.

Why don’t you accept health insurance?

Unfortunately, a lot of insurance carriers do not cover many of the treatments we offer despite the research that has been done showing the benefits. We desire to treat the individual needs of our patients fully without the strict criteria insurance carriers place on patients.

What is your cancellation/appointment policy?

If you need to cancel, we require a 48 hour notice of cancellation or you may be be charged for the full initial consultation cost. We also ask for a 48 hour notice when rescheduling. The full cost of the consultation will be charged if you do not show for the visit.

Do you see patients in person?

No, we do not see patients in person. We only see patients virtually for their telehealth appointment at this time.

What is needed for my telehealth appointment?

You need a computer or phone that has video and audio/microphone capabilities. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will be sent out a link to click on for your telehealth appointment. There is no need to download any software. You will also need to have your blood pressure reading. You can take this at a local Walgreens, CVS, or other pharmacy on an automated machine in the store prior to your appointment. You can also call a medical office you have been in over the past 6 months and ask them for this reading.

Do you have any promotions?

We have a referral program. If you are an established patient with us and you refer someone to us who signs up for our services, you get a $25 dollar credit on your account you can use. Most people use this to decrease a month’s cost for medications or for trying a new add on service.
