Lesley “Nicole” Charles is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and the founder and owner of Vitality Weight and Hormone Solutions. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Southern Connecticut State University where she has also served as adjunct faculty sharing her knowledge and passion for the profession with Nurse Practitioner students. She has over a decade of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in the hospital setting, outpatient setting, and urgent care settings where she has treated multiple health problems such as Obesity, Diabetes, Asthma, Heart/Respiratory Disease, and much more. Prior to this she worked in a hospital as a nurse for years where she gained valuable insight into the importance of disease prevention.
